Registration fees include all meals indicated in agenda.

Day Parking:  There is valet and self-parking at the Denver Grand Hyatt (1750 Welton Street) for $19 per day.  This is a discounted cost for the symposium.  Please mention “CERC” when parking.  There are six self-service parking lots within a block of the Grand Hyatt as open service lots.   You can also download the SpotHero app to easily guide you to parking areas.

Overnight Parking:   The Grand Hyatt charges $46 per overnight parking per vehicle.

General registration:
1.   $250 per participant — Cancellation policy:  $220 will be refunded if requested before March 22, 2019; $120 will be refunded if requested before March 31, 2019
2.   $200 per participant — Early bird registration closed on Jan 25 (Cancellation policy for those that took advantage of the early-bird rate before Jan 25:  $170 will be refunded if requested before March 22, 2019; $70 will be refunded if requested before March 31, 2019)

Collaboratory faculty & staff — from any of the four Collaboratory organizations (Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State University, University of Colorado, National Renewable Energy Laboratory).  Must indicate academic ID number when registering.
1.  $200 per participant — Cancellation policy:  $145 will be refunded if requested before Mar 22, 2019; $120 will be refunded if requested before Mar 31, 2019
2.   $150 per participant — Early bird registration closed on Jan 25 (Cancellation policy for those that took advantage of the early-bird rate before Jan 25: $120 will be refunded if requested before Mar 22, 2019; $95 will be refunded if requested before Mar 31, 2019

Full-time Student — from any of the four Collaboratory organizations or other certified academic institutions (including K-12, community colleges, private schools, home schooling groups, four year colleges).   Please keep in mind that it costs approximately $170 per person for the two day event, therefore this offering of $50 per student doesn’t come close to covering hard costs but we feel it is important to make it affordable to students.  We ask that you don’t take undo advantage of this.  Must be a full-time student and must indicate academic ID number when registering.
$50 per participant.   Cancellation policy:  $10 will be refunded if requested before Mar 22, 2019

After January 25, 2019 the Full-Time Student registration fee increased to $50.  Cancellation policy:  $10 will be refunded if requested before Mar 22, 2019.

All registrations will be charged $5.00 for a registration processing fee.

Speakers and Sponsors — Complimentary registration fee (based on sponsorship level) but everyone must register

Elected officials — Elected officials will receive a complimentary registration but everyone must register
